Hi, I'm Chicklet!

I'm a Brooklyn-based project manager, organizer, and creative who loves helping people bring ambitious ideas to life.

For going on two decades, I've worked across grassroots organizing, nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, community events and creative production. Along the way, I've managed grantmaking programs, coordinated complex collaborations, facilitated collective planning processes, and helped produce everything from neighborhood gatherings to international convenings.

My work lives at the intersection of big ideas and the practical details that make them possible. I love untangling complicated projects, finding creative solutions, building systems that make people's lives easier, and bringing the right people and resources together.

I also believe that how we work matters just as much as what we accomplish. I bring care, curiosity, humor, and a collaborative spirit to every project, with an understanding that people and communities have different needs, capacities, and ways of working.

Whether we're building a strategy, producing an event, or figuring something out together, my goal is simple: to make ambitious work feel more possible, more manageable, and a little more imbued with whimsical faerie magic.
